INSURANCE
Currently, we are an out of network provider for all insurance companies. What does this mean? If you or your child receive services, you pay us directly. If you want to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide a receipt, and you submit this to your insurance carrier. How much you are reimbursed depends on your specific coverage and your deductible (how much money you spend before the insurance company begins to pay for your expenses). Before any meetings or assessments, we encourage all our clients to talk with their insurance company about benefits.
CLIENTS WITH AN HSA ACCOUNT (DEBIT CARD)
Good news: we accept payment with HSA debit cards. So, if you have a Health Savings Account and a debit card linked to it, then you can use it to pay for services.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Evaluations are not a small amount of money, so we are happy to offer several payment options for all assessments. To reserve your appointment, we ask for a $300 deposit. For the remaining balance, there are four options:
1. Pay full balance at the first testing session
2. Pay over two months: the first payment at the first testing session, and the second one month later
3. Pay over three months: payments at testing, one month later, and one month after that
4. Use AfterPay to pay over six or twelve months.
FEES
Evaluations are investments. It’s hours of testing, interviews, poring over data, and writing up results in a way that is meaningful. In a way that leads to tangible recommendations and growth. In the end, we strive to keep fees reasonable and we know that there are some professionals offering evaluations for less and others offering evaluations for much more. Our goal is to offer the best evaluation at a fair price. So, below is a list of most common assessments and fees. For other evaluations, feel free to contact us.
Counseling: $150 per 55-minute session
ADD/ADHD Evaluation: $2,100
Autism Evaluation: $1,900
Autism & ADHD Evaluation: $2,800
Learning Disability Evaluation: $2,800
Learning Disability & ADHD Evaluation: $3,100
Learning Disability & Autism Evaluation: $3,400
Learning Disability, ADHD, & Autism Evaluation: $3,700
Other Evaluation: $150/hr for testing and report-writing
* Pricing is cash/check discounted price. When paying by card, a 3% processing fee applies.
** There are some situations when pricing may be slightly lower (e.g. for younger students or a re-evaluation), and there are some situations where pricing may be slightly higher (e.g. for more complex questions about social/emotional functioning)
