Currently, we are an out of network provider for all insurance companies. What does this mean? If you or your child receive services, you pay us directly.\u00a0 If you want to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide a receipt, and you submit this to your insurance carrier. How much you are reimbursed depends on your specific coverage and your deductible (how much money you spend before the insurance company begins to pay for your expenses).\u00a0 Before any meetings or assessments, we encourage all our clients to talk with their insurance company about benefits.<\/p>\n
Good news: we accept payment with HSA debit cards. So, if you have a Health Savings Account and a debit card linked to it, then you can use it to pay for services.<\/p>\n
Evaluations are not a small amount of money, so we are happy to offer several payment options for all assessments. To reserve your appointment, we ask for a $300 deposit.\u00a0 For the remaining balance, there are four options:
1. Pay full balance at the first testing session
2. Pay over two months: the first payment at the first testing session, and the second one month later
3. Pay over three months: payments at testing, one month later, and one month after that
4. Use AfterPay to pay over six or twelve months.<\/p>\n

Evaluations are investments. It’s hours of testing, interviews, poring over data, and writing up results in a way that is meaningful. In a way that leads to tangible recommendations and growth. In the end, we strive to keep fees reasonable and we know that there are some professionals offering evaluations for less and others offering evaluations for much more. Counseling: $150 per 55-minute session<\/p>\n
ADD\/ADHD Evaluation: $2,100
Autism Evaluation: $1,900
Autism & ADHD Evaluation: $2,800
Learning Disability Evaluation: $2,800

Learning Disability & Autism Evaluation: $3,400

Other Evaluation: $150\/hr for testing and report-writing<\/p>\n
